On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, Sephanie Renee Spence, daughter of the Foster Alexander and the Late Eleanor Spence, transitioned from this earthly realm into eternal peace, at the tender age of 54.

Stephanie was known for always laughing and joking around, as well as dancing. She had an infectious smile and a compassionate spirit.

Stephanie was educated in the Norfolk Public Schools System. She later attended Job Corp and where she trained in Culinary Arts. She was a former employee of Norfolk State University.
She also worked various other jobs.

Stephanie was predeceased by her mother, Eleanor Spence and her grandparents, Wilbur and Helen Spence.

She is survived by her father, Foster Alexander of Chesapeake VA; sons, Antoine Spence of Chesapeake. VA, Dominique Spence of Hampton, Va and GreQuan Spence of Chesapeake,
VA; daughters, Shaquita Clay (Gregory) of Virginia Beach, VA, Martina Spence (Chris) of Hampton, VA and Helen Matthews of Chesapeake, VA; brothers, Anthony Spence (Rhonda) of
Norfolk, VA, Adrian Spence (Carla) of Chesapeake, VA, Brehon Spence (Tynesha) of Virginia Beach, VA, Jermaine Spence of Norfolk, VA, Keith Alexander (L’Tonya) of Portsmouth, VA and
Byron Alexander of Norfolk, VA; sisters, Lynette Hart (Darran) of Norfolk VA, Ladawn Alexander, Shandreka Spence of Virginia Beach, VA and Brehonda Spence of Chesapeake, VA; 17 Grandchildren and one Great-grandchild; aunts, Fannie Jones of Norfolk, VA, Rosetta Matthews and Val Jean Belcher both of Chesapeake, VA; a special friend Dante Shephard; bonus
children, Nicole Pinkerton, Tessiah McGee, Dominque Lamb, Shante Lamb, James Lamb, Gregory Lamb, Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
