Hattie M. Reynolds

On March 19th, 2022 an angel was called to heaven Hattie M. Reynolds was born July 18th 1935 to the late parents of John McKinney and Mary McKinney. Hattie was the widow of Donald Reynold. Hattie was the youngest of seven siblings: Inez, Betsy, Mary Ruth, John, Emma and Dorothy. Hattie was raised in Alabama another family moved to Moberly MO. Hattie being married to a military man lived in different locations such as Tennessee, California, Florida, Rhode Island, Spain, Maryland, and Virginia. Hattie was a stay at home wife, raising the children, the grandchildren and great grandchildren while her husband was defending our country. Hattie loved her sports even in her 70’s she would be in the backyard showing off her basketball skills. She loved watching her tennis matches on TV. 

She leaves behind three children: Lorraine Smith, Debbie Edwards and Donald Reynolds; as well as nine grandchildren: Ricky Reynolds, Vonetta Manyweather, Donald Corprew, Larry Manley, Cecil Manley, Donnell Corprew, Vanessa Corprew, June Collins, and Candy Reynolds she also leaves behind 37 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews and friends. She will be truly missed and always and forever, she will remain in our hearts.

    Losing someone who has a special place in your heart, especially a parent, is always difficult. It leaves a gap in your life. Remember to fill that gap with all the wonderful memories you have. We all loved and will always remember our beautiful and sweet Aunt Hattie.
