Haley Williams, Jr. was born December 20, 1947, in Norfolk, VA to Mr. Haley Williams, Sr. and Sallie Bell Lewis Williams. Haley was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School in Norfolk, VA. He was employed and retired from General Foam Plastics after thirty- five years.

Haley loved life and lived it to the fullest. He enjoyed helping the elderly, he would at times take them to make groceries or take them to and from their doctor appointments. After falling in love at first sight. He was united in marriage to Lillie Eason for thirty years until his death parted them.

He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, La’ Keia D. Turner; parents, Haley and Sallie Bell Williams; brothers, Howard L. Williams and Edward Williams; sisters, Gladys Rebecca Houser Saddler and Paulette Wright.

Haley leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Lillie Williams; daughter, Portia Johnson; son, John Eason; granddaughter, Kemani Turner; great grandson, Keyon’tre Turner; great granddaughter, Zuri Turner; brothers, Lilton Williams (Katina), Larry Williams, and Paul Williams; sister-in-law, Henrietta Harrell; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
