March 18, 2021 at 9:47 amOur deepest sympathy to the Knight family, Poosey, grandma, nana, gran, grandmother. No matter what you called her, she was an extraordinary person in your life. Others may talk about you eventually moving on, that things might be “normal” again one day soon, but I know it is not that easy. The relationship with your grandmother was an important part of your life, and, although the pain will lessen over time, her absence may always be felt. I am here for you, to listen to stories about her and look through old photos, or simply just to be with you to offer you support during this difficult time. Love you

March 20, 2021 at 11:52 amGrandma now that you have been layed to rest here comes the hard part. Moving on without you. No more mother’s day with you no more sharing our birthdays no more phone calls. I’ve been with you since a lil girl. I always loved listening to your stories. I’m so blessed that God shared you with me this long. This will definitely be a hard journey for me. I have your pictures and i have your voice on videos but its nothing like GRANDMA Esther…I love you and I pray I can live up to the name that was passed on to me. Love Esther Mae Knight (Poosey) haha and to think I didn’t like my name when I was a lil girl but you always told me how special my name was. Now I know because the Queen you always told me about in the bible was actually you too. Gone but you will never be forgotten.
