Mrs. Elizabeth Margaret Sayer Loomos, age 67, was known as “Liz”, “Lizard”, or “Lizzy” of Portsmouth, VA, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 1, 2023. Elizabeth was born December 6, 1955 to the late Herbert J. Sayer and the late Josephine Desiderio Sayer. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her brother, Terry Sayer and sister, Diana Ostroff.
Elizabeth loved music, going to the beach, surfing, fishing, going to flea markets, baking, watching movies and talking with her sisters. She also loved Snoopy and her dogs.
Left to cherish Elizabeth memories are, her husband, George Loomos of Portsmouth, VA; daughter, Michelle Auriemma and son, Frank Auriemma, Jr. of Chicago, IL; granddaughter, Zoe; sisters, Barbara (Roy and Jonathan) Farmer of Blairsville, GA and Christina Sayer (Marcele Bassett) of Lake Worth, FL; nieces, Lisa Forgony and Samantha Watson and nephew, Nick Ostroff; other family members and friends.
Elizabeth will truly be missed.
