Edward Lee Hendricks

Edward Lee Hendricks was born on September 5, 1940 in Norlina, North Carolina to the late Rhoda Lincoln of Norfolk, VA and the late Matthew Hendricks of Norlina, North Carolina. Eddie was called home to be with his heavenly father on March 9, 2022.

Eddie was preceded in death by his son Edward Lee Hendricks Jr. (Rhakel Ramel Mason).

Although Eddie didn’t have much education, he accomplished so much in life. Early on in life, all Eddie did was work; which he loved to do. He worked for I.L.A. (International Longshoreman Association) for over 30 plus years where he retired from.

He leaves to cherish his wife, Mary Hendricks of Suffolk, VA; five daughters, Patrice Hendricks of Portsmouth, VA, Shelia Hendricks of Norfolk, VA, Maria Hendricks-McCoy of Portsmouth, VA, Rhonda Neville (Theodore), of Norfolk, VA, and Tina Clark (Donta) of Norfolk, VA; one son Antwon Hendricks of Portsmouth, VA; 19 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and a host of siblings, family and friends.
