Raymond was a great young man and always had a smile and joke for everyone especially NSU alum. Seeing him out of Norfolk for NSU football games was so much fun as his ESVA home girl and alum as well. Know that GOD is with siblings, children, and family. Keep your trust in GOD and eyes on Him, our comforter.
