I did not know Minister Howard Lee Glover, Jr., but, my family knows his father. There’s an old saying “the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” If he is anything like his father I can understand why he was held in such high regard. May he be at peace.

My condolences to the family of Rev. Glover. Rev. Glover was a great blessing to the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church family of Freeman, Va. Each sunday we were blessed to hear him sing and play the Pino. He also served faithfully as an Associate Ministry. I was honored to serve with him. Rev. Glover will be missed by so many. However, we do know, to be Absent from the body is to be presence with the Lord.
