Caymon Amir James was called home on July 10, 2018. Caymon was a resident of Chesapeake in his early childhood and then moved to Norfolk. He attended Chesapeake Public Schools. Caymon always kept a smile on his face or would put one on yours. He loved to debate with anyone. Caymon had goals and dreams that he was pursuing. He was employed by 2 Men and A Truck, where he enjoyed traveling state to state. Caymon was on the road to bettering himself to make sure his pride and joy, his son Jr. would be okay.
Caymon was predeceased by his great grandfather, Henry Lewis; his two grandfathers, Fred James and Wardell Williams and his uncle, Johnny James. He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Caymon, Jr.; his mother, Kimberly James; his father, Craig Thompson; three brothers, KeShawn James, Craig James and Isaiah Lewis; two sisters, Chianti Coyler and Destiny Williams; his grandmothers, Brenda James and Patricia Thompson; his great grandmother, Adelle Lewis; six nephews; five nieces and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins; special friend, Ashaunte Skinner.
