October 8, 2020 at 12:22 pmAlbert was one of the few that always called my whole name during conversations. He could roll Sharon Isabella Avery off his tongue like no one else. Of course it was with great pleasure that I would in turn call him Albert Giles Wesley Avery. Then the laughter would begin.
I will miss AGW. Even though we did not see each other often, if was always like we had never been apart. I love your family. Leonthia, Craig and Stephanie- my sincere condolences.

October 8, 2020 at 8:51 pmLeonthia, Craig, Stephanie. Our family goes back many years and I was glad to reconnect with Albert at Old Dominion University some 40 years ago. If someone was having a bad day, his laughter would light up a room and change the atmosphere to positive vibes. Albert, you truly will be missed. God bless you family and I will continue to be in touch with you. To be absent from the body is surely to be present with the lord.?
