It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our Dear Zina, a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Zina was a beautiful soul who brought joy and love to all those around her. Although she didn’t communicate much verbally, her calming presence spoke volumes. Her infectious smile lit up the room, and her gentle spirit touched the hearts of everyone she met. She was a shining example of how a simple act of kindness can have a profound impact on the lives of those around us.
Zina absolutely loved the food from Captain D’s. Her love for the restaurant was a running joke among her family and she always looked forward to her mother treating her to the next meal there. Her simple pleasures and love for life will always be treasured.
Zina was predeceased by her baby brother, Ronald Norman. Left behind to cherish her memory is her loving mother, Carolyn Norman, who nurtured and provided her with the continual care she needed to thrive. Zina’s siblings, Trina Luster (Chris), April Norman (Ephrain), Lawrence Norman Jr. (Sabrina), Trent Norman (Lisa), and Nina Jones (Rufus), will always remember her for the warmth and love she brought into their lives. Zina was also a beloved Auntie to numerous nieces and nephews, who adored her immensely.
Zina’s passing has left a deep void in the hearts of her loved ones. She will be remembered for her unwavering kindness, gentle spirit, and beautiful smile.
We will miss her dearly, but we take solace in the knowledge that she is now at peace.

She couldn’t communicate like others but her lovely smile talked for her. From the time she entered a room until she left you would see that smile. Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. Zina is smiling 😃 😊 in the arms of Jesus.
