Yolonda Eley-Everett went home to be with the Lord on August 23, 2018 at 3:06pm. Throughout the years, Yolonda took pride in caring for others, being a backbone, and a jack of all trades. You name it, she could do it.

She taught us everything she knew and everything we needed to know to survive in this cold world. She believed in us no matter what she discovered about us… Her legacy lives on through us everyday and forever and ever. She let you be yourself and she only knew how to be herself. Yolonda , Danell, Yo-Yo, Quack Quack, Ma, Momma, Aunt, Nell, Aunt Yo-Yo, Sister, Glory Baby, (Aunt Gloria) RIH Yo Yo Jehovah got his soldier back and she fought til the end…Her favorite saying when she was down, “The Devil can’t have me and Jehovah don’t want me stuck.” So I guess Jehovah wanted his warrior back she has completed her job and gets her eternal victory.

Yolonda is survived by her husband, Antonio Everett, Sr.; her sisters, Sherill Christian, Gloria Horton, Gail Whitehead, Benita Johnson and Jackie Flowers; her brother, Herbert Price; her children, Tanicia Eley, Kanicia Eley, Antonio Everett Jr., Terrance Noble, and Taquanda Tigg; mother-in-law, Naomi Mcguire; son-in-law, Larry Jefferson; grandchildren, Donej’ah, Daetwon, Deaj’ah, Lonnie Jr., Lahree, Cherish, Laila, Terrance Jr., Terriona, Shanta, Sa’nya, Omar, and Quiara; 6 sisters-in-law, 10 brothes-in-law and a host of nieces and nephews.
