Willard (Bobby) Brown, 74, entered into eternal rest, September 6, 2018. He was a graduate of Carver High School in Chesapeake, Virginia, a retired Carpenter and a veteran of the U. S. Navy. He was predeceased by his parents, Lee E. and Venezuela S. Brown, three brothers, Billy, Reginald and Rudolph. He is survived by his children, Kimico and Oren; seven siblings, Charles, Kenneth, Robert, Carolyn, Gloria, Edith and Joann.
