Warren was born July 10, 1965. Warren was educated in Norfolk Public Schools.

Warren was disabled, but he was a very humble and happy person.  He loved his family and he loved watching football, his favorite team was the Washington Redskins. He would always ask, “Did the Redskins win?”

His parents, Warren and Jean Davis, preceded him in death.

Warren leaves to cherish his memories his sister, Wanza Davis; brother, Anthony Davis (Tuere); nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends
