    To Niki and Famiiy,
Please except my most sincere condolences on the passing of your Mother. Although I do not recall ever meeting your Mother in person, I have no doubt that she had all the qualities that Niki possess. Niki has been a colleague of mine for years and always has shown compassion, dedication, and commitment to community service as surely was instilled in her by her Mother. On behalf of myself as a friend of Niki and on behalf of the South Hampton Roads Bar Association I express our deepest sympathy on the homegoing of your Mother. May each member of the family be blessed with beautiful memories of your Mother.

    Warmly, Marcus Scriven, Esq.

To Mr. Joe and the family, “I have no words” has been my statement from time I received the news. Some individuals come into your life for a reason and a season. And to know Ms. Val these last three years have been such a joy. The encouragement from a simple text or phone call has left an impact on my life that I will forever treasure. Her “act” of kindness and love spoke louder than words, that I will treasure. I pray that as you navigate through this new journey, you will remember the Lord is with you and will give you the peace needed in the quiet times. I will continue to pray for you during this new journey. Blessings to you all.
