On February 22, 2023, Tyshaun Monique Williams gained her wings and went to be with the Lord.
Tyshaun was born in Norfolk, Virginia on February 4, 1982 to Val Jean Williams and Freddie Lee Bryant. Tyshaun grew up in Norfolk, VA and later moved to Virginia Beach, VA where she attended Green Run High School. She later graduated from Hickory High School in Chesapeake, VA. Tyshaun continued her education at Tidewater Community College and Norfolk State University. While attending school she spent a lot of her time working in the family store, Scott’s Groceries with other family members. Eventually, she had a beautiful baby girl, Tyana Williams, who was the love of her life.
After many years of being employed at Scott’s groceries, Tyshaun went on to work as a certified nurses assistant at Hope In- Home Care and was employed there until her heavenly transition. Out of all the things that life brings, nothing brought Tyshaun more joy than reading, taking care of her mother, looking out for her brothers, and being an amazing aunt and mother.
Tyshaun was predeceased by her father, Freddie Lee Bryant, her step-father, Melvin Upsher, and her grandparents, Rosa and Abel Mack. She is survived by her mother, Val Jean Williams, her daughter, Tyana Williams, her Brothers, Marcus Williams and Shelton Williams II, her nephew, Marcus Williams Jr., her grandfather, Shelton Williams Sr. and a host of family and friends. Her Beautiful soul will truly be missed.
