Our beloved son, father, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin, Travis D. Pamp, age 32 of Norfolk, Virginia, departed this life on September 4, 2021.

Travis was born on November 2nd, 1988 to Nita L. Mitchell and William Dowe both of Norfolk, Virginia. He attended Norfolk Public Schools and had a trade in Carpeting since the age of eleven. His sister, Cynthia Joyner, preceded Travis in death.

Left to cherish his precious memories is his three children, Trakiyah Spiers, Trikee Spiers, and Tramarkoh Spiers; his parents, Nita L. Mitchell and William Dowe; three sisters, Nita Pamp (Jeraud Cox), Shawanda Dowe, Vita Dowe; five brothers, John Pamp (Derkemia Branche), William Joyner, William Dowe Jr., Omar Dowe and Antwaine Dowe; two special aunts, Geraldine Rouse and Serina Mitchell of  Norfolk, VA, one special uncle, June Jenkins of Wilson, North Carolina, and four special cousins, Joan Scoggins of Virginia Beach, Stephanie Mitchell, Terrail Mitchell, Crystal Morris and one special brother Dominic Rouse all of Norfolk, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

    Pamp!!! I didn’t know dude!! You were a real guy…you always spoke to me and I do remember the last time I saw you brother. You were very young yet wise.
