Tiffany Y. Allen was born on February 28, 1987 in the city of Portsmouth, VA and departed this life on September 12, 2020. She was born to her mother, Verlene Chandler and preceded by death by her father, Russel Allen.

Tiffany attended Portsmouth Catholic Regional School and Centura College, after college she joined the US navy as a Master at Arms Specialist. Tiffany was loved by many, had a heart of gold and a smile that would brighten up any room! Tiffany’s soul was pure and she loved hard if she loved you. Her love for you was never questioned! She believed strongly in having anyone she loved back with no questions asked, she was there and always ready.

Tiffany leaves to cherish her loving mother whom she absolutely adored Verlene Chandler (aka Luke) four brothers, Jermaine Chandler, Sr.; Robert Chandler, Tyrone Allen and Tremaine Franklin (Tenieccia) and one sister Dana Allen and her uncle she loved dearly, Morris Chandler, Sr. I would also like to mention special friends deep in Tiffany’s heart
Shauniece Taylor, Robert Kelly, Tanisha Trotter and Robert Beam always remember Tiffany will live in your hearts forever.

Tiffany is survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
