On March 23rd, 2025, our mother Tiffany Anne Epps transitioned from labor to reward at home surrounded by her children. She was born on April 30, 1982, to Marcia Epps and the late Fred Little, Jr.. She was educated in the Norfolk Public School system and employed with several companies including Tinee Giant where she was a store manager at different locations.
Along with her father, Tiffany was preceded in death by her grandparents Naomi Epps, Fred and Lulua Mae Little, and nephew Miyette Little, Jr.
She is survived by her daughters Aniya Epps, Essence Epps, Nyasia Epps, Arieanna Epps, Kamiyah, and Janiyah Epps. In addition to her, Tiffany is survived by her mother Marcia Epps, her brothers Dwayne Epps, Miyette Little, Fred Little, and Brent Little and her sister Carlistina Langley.
Tiffany leaves to cherish her memory of her rock, Carlton Joyner, Jr., and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever hold her dear in their hearts.
Tiffany will be fondly remembered for her love of her girls and those that she encountered. Get your rest, Queen, until the trumpet sounds. You will be missed!

March 25, 2025 at 3:04 pmTo the Epps Family,
I was heartbroken to hear about the passing of Tiffany. She was such a vibrant soul, and I cherish the memories of our childhood as neighbors. Marcia and the entire Epps Family have my deepest condolences during this incredibly difficult time. I can only imagine the pain you are all feeling, and I want you to know that I am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. May God embrace each of you in His comforting arms and provide you with strength and peace. I’m especially prayerful for her children, as they navigate this loss.
God bless you all.
