Thomas A. Green was the son of the late Eliza Gibson and Stanley Green. He was born September 1, 1943 in Norfolk, VA and departed this earthly life on December 10, 2019.
Thomas graduated from George Washington Carver High School in 1959. He retired from the Naval Research Laboratory in 2000. Thomas was a very busy man; he loved to travel and go on trips. Thomas loved being with his children and family.
Thomas is predeceased by a son, Thomas Green, Jr.; sisters, Sandra Mitchell and Sheila Gibson and brother Stanley Green.
Thomas leaves many and loving cherished moments to his children, Monica Kendall of South Carolina , Beverly Green of Maryland, Rockoviah Green of North Carolina, Bridget Green of Maryland, Timothy Green of Virginia, Latrisha Butler of Washington, DC; his sister, Gail Green of Virginia; brother Phillip Green of Washington, DC; 12 grandchildren, 2 great- grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
