I will always remember & cherish the “Friendship” we had. The many phones calls, shopping sprees & lunch dates, the times spent preparing flowers for the Church pulpit and the visits to each other’s home.
To Sylvia’s children…Know that she loved all of you. She is at “Peace” now. Know that God Heals Broken Hearts and Wipes away Tears.

Ms. Sylvia and I had that common bond in that we were soft spoken souls. When Ms. Katrina could not take her to church, she would call me or Mama Reid to tell her to come and pick her up for church. After service, i would wait on the curb with her until Ms. Katrina would bring the car around. She was the epitome of class and style. In my 11 years at Mt. Pleasant, I have been forever blessed to have met her and call her my friend. Bless you all!!
