Sylvia Odessa Smith, 65, of Chesapeake, va passed away on Saturday, October 12, 2018. She was born on October 28, 1953 in Norfolk, Va, the daughter of late Eddie Smith and Gladys Thompson. Sylvia was a loving and compassionate person who loved to be silly, eat and spend time with her family. She had the most beautiful personality that would light up any room that she walked in.
She was preceded in death by her one and only Son Barnett Antoinne Smith. Siblings Eva Smith, Bula Smith, Eddie Smith, Milton Smith and Terry Smith.
She is survived by grandchildren that she loved and adored Juquia James, Dshara McRae, Tychia James and Antionne Smith. Great Grand Children J’adore Mcrae, Jahcia James, Jaheem James, Shytavia James and Sky’Ionna “Sky” James. They were her world. Siblings Deaconess Minnie Simmons, Clarence Smith, Curtis Smith and Clinton Smith. Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and Loved her
