Sylvia Cotton Diggs was born October 31, 1955.  She is the daughter of the late Ernest Cotton and Lillie Lee Cotton.

Sylvia is predeceased by her brothers Melvin Cotton Sr, Donald Ray Cotton, and sister Florence Price.  She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband Moses Diggs, three daughters Shantel Anderson, Sophia (Roy) Hudgins, Katrina Anderson, and Katrina Anderson; five grandchildren Seth Anderson, Milton Anderson, Kayla Hudgins, Desmond Hudgins and Dorian Hudgins.  She was also survived by siblings Felester Cotton, Linda Goffigan, Gwenda Goffigan, and Vanessa Cotton along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and beloved friends.  Sylvia Cotton Diggs, a mother, daughter, grandma, sister and Auntie.  She will surely be missed and never forgotten.  Loved forever.
