Steve N. Walston was born to a humble and quiet beginning on January 27, 1939 in Norfolk, VA and quietly he walked in the sunset of this life to begin a new path on May 3, 2019. The path is the path to paradise and peace. Where he will be waiting with his smiling face and open arms until we all meet again.
Steve was never hard to find. He always did things his way. “If it ain’t broke don’t try to fix it.” You could without fail find him on his couch looking out the window documenting the world outside while offering color commentary to you, between the commercials of his old Westerns, Boxing or Kung-Fu movies. Everyone knew better than to touch his remote control!

May 14, 2019 at 2:26 amIt has taken me a while to come to this page. Standing on that podium on May 7th speaking continued life into the universe on your behalf Dad has made real something I never wanted to experience, something which I knew was inevitable… Now at this point, after days have passed I am here on this page to leave these few words.
I love you. I know it is with your strength and all the lessons you have imparted on me that I will continue to move forward.
REST IN PARADISE DAD!!
