Sheila Ann Lewis was called home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 6, 2024. She was born September 17, 1967 to the late Pete and Minnie Lewis in Portsmouth, Virginia. Shelia was predeceased by her brother Pete III. She attended Portsmouth Public School System. Shelia was employed for many years at Vergas Pizza, Maryview Hospital, and Norfolk Naval Shipyard.  She attended several local churches and had a strong belief in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Shelia was a volunteer aerobics instructor at Joseph E. Parker Recreation Center for several years.

Sheila was a devoted Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, and Friend. She was an outstanding cook and well-known for her homemade macaroni and cheese, baked beans, and yock.  Shelia enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, camping, shopping, and decorating for the holidays. Shelia loved her furry companion—Gizi and Diva

Left to cherish her memories are Jaquelle Kenny Lewis (son), her beloved grandchildren. three siblings: Linda L. Smith ( James), Dr. Yvonne R. Lewis, Angelo Lewis (Hope), James Lewis (uncle), Jean Lewis (aunt), Reginald Lewis Bryant (special friend), and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
