Sandy Irene Jones Williams Osei, age 48, went home to be with The Lord on May 25, 2019. Sandy was born January 7, 1971 in Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from Green Run High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She received her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Strayer University.
Sandy leaves behind her husband, Nathaniel Osei; Mother, Joann Jones Bethea; Stepfather, Deacon Don J. Bethea; Her Brother, Allen C. Jones; sister in law, Nycole, nephew Mason, niece Ashanti; Her sister, Donna S. Bethea, niece Brianna, nephews Daquan and Tyriq; One uncle, Robert E. Jones and a host of cousins and friends. Sandy loved to travel with work and outside of work with friends and family. She was an avid reader of listening to audio books. The family would like
