Sandra Foreman 52, went to her eternal rest on October 02, 2018. She was born on June 16, 1966 to the late Billy L. Simmons, Sr. and Freda (Barbara) Foreman in Norfolk, Virginia. Sandra (Chi-Chi), attended Booker T. Washington High School.
Chi Chi was employed over 20 years with the Kmart in Norfolk, Virginia and was historically identified as never taking a day off of work. After her successful tenure at Kmart and store closure Chi Chi went to work for Wawa were she was working until her death. She was recognized for her tireless dedication of service to Kmart and Wawa, receiving awards for outstanding customer service and leader of the quarter.
Chi Chi has inspired people every day of her life to live life fully and encouraged them to be the best they could be. Her belief has been anyone can accomplish anything with a solid foundation based on her faith, health and wellness of the body and mind. She credited her courage and strength to her strong and unwavering faith in God and in recent years felt blessed. Chi Chi was the sunshine of everyone’s day and never displayed a negative attitude, but gratitude in any situation. Her caring heart touched many people and will leave long lasting memories.
But most of all, her greatest accomplishments were as a mother and grandmother. Chi Chiwas predeceased by her grandparents, James and Helen Enich; grandmother, Mamie Foreman and father Billy L. Simmons, Sr. Chi Chi leaves to cherish her memories, her daughters, LaAsia Foreman and D

She was a beautiful person , loving mother and one who did what she had to do.
