Rynita Wheatley

Rynita Wheatley aka Nita or Buffy was born on February 20, 1991, to Moses Wheatley Sr. (predeceased) and Cynthia Witherspoon of Norfolk, VA. She finished her earthly course of life to enter eternal life with our Lord and Savior on June 1, 2021. Rynita attend Booker T. High school class of 2010 in Norfolk, VA. She has worked in the Portsmouth shipyard and even as a PCA years later. She briefly attended Shaw University.

Rynita as we all know had that captivating smile that will a warm your heart no matter what you were going through. She was full of life, love to have fun and turn up with out question. Rynita is what you would call TTG Trained to Go at a moment notice lol. Rynita this thing about her that she had to look good even if she was not going anywhere meaning her make-up was on and a wig of many styles was on stand-by. She was also known for cooking, (collard greens with smoke turkey on point …lol) eating (loved mayo, butter, and chicken), family and friends. Although, Rynita has faced many battles throughout her life she still gave that pretty smile (prefect teeth).

Rynita was predeceased by her father Moses Wheatley Sr, brother Moses Wheatley Jr. and sister Carolyn Pin. She leaves her loving memories to her mother Cynthia Witherspoon, Faneisha Bray sister/surrogate mother and her siblings Terrence J. Witherspoon, Robyn Witherspoon, Raymond Brown, Wanda Wheatley, Kevin Wheatley (Melody), Jeffrey Wheatley (Janice). She also leaves her cherished memories to a of host nieces, nephews, family, and friends with special acknowledgments to Nate(boyfriend), special niece Jade, best girlfriends Sara, Moe, Diamond, Lauren, Miriam and a special thanks to Mama Dee (Diana) and her nurses at Chesapeake Regional Hospital 5 th and 6 th floor we thank you all for your love and support.

      Niecypooh is what I called her. You will be truly missed. That smile would light up the room.. When you see grandma tell her to cook you a ham that’s her recipe that you love. Love and miss you dearly.

        Ryry! I am going to miss you so much. Texting you scriptures every morning. Hearing your voice to tell what type of day you are having. Making sure you had what you needed.     Rynita, you were just like a niece to me. Whenever I would see you there was always a beautiful smile on your face and a very pleasant personality to go with it. I will miss your smiles and laughter at the family gatherings and warm hugs . Heaven has gained a beautiful Angel. You are with your Dad and Ma Ginny who will wrap their wings around you .     To Faneisha, I met Rynita as a little girl., and seen her grow into, a nice young lady. You took good care of your little sister.and you will be truly blessed. Hold on to God’s unchanging hands.     Rynita, I’m gonna miss your videos taking us through your cancer journey. I’m gonna miss you calling me “Auntie” and we weren’t even blood related. I’m gonna miss seeing your radiate smile and beautiful eyes. Sweetheart, take your rest. You fought a good fight. You will be sorely missed. I love you babygirl!

    To Ms. Cynthia, Terrence, Faniesha and the family: I pray that GOD gives you the strength and comfort you will need for the days ahead. Remember that earth has no sorrow that heaven can not heal. I love y’all!
