Ruby Nell Burkes of Norfolk, VA passed away January 13, 2019 at Sentara Rehabilitation of Virginia Beach. Ruby was born February 1, 1943 in Chapel Hill, NC to the late Paul Edmonds & Ruth Gatlin. Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Yvonne Owens (Chaun) and Shelia Davis (Dwight); two sons, Anthony Edmonds (Annette) and James Burkes (Kelly) all of Norfolk, VA.
