Auntie, remember years ago Granna used to make us quilts? She would take pieces of material from different garments to complete the quilt. The quilts were not only warm when it was cold, but they lasted for years. You and Uncle Roger have made so many memories in so many states. Take all those memories, use them when your spirit feels cold to warm you. On those nights when the music has stopped and the voices hushed, think of the beauty of God’s gift to you in memories.

    Aunt Peggy,
Uncle Roger has earned his wings and is in heaven; the word of God says that he’ll never leave or forsake us and although he’s gone from his old earthly body he has a new one that’s brand new. We’re sending our love and prayers to you during this difficult time in your life. Our fellow Deacon/uncle will be missed, I never got a chance to do devotion with him but Devon Coot Ferrell can fill in for me. It is my prayer that God hand cuff himself to you, put his arms around you and keep you strong, we love you Aunt Peggy, never doubt that.

    God Bless you ,
