Rita L. Powell of 440 E Brambleton Ave, Norfolk, VA 23504, passed on June 19, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Dock Powell. Rita was born July 7, 1962 in Norfolk, VA. She was predeceased by her son, Terrance M Powell and one sister.

Rita leaves to cherish her loving memories, one daughter, Evelyn D. Powell of Norfolk, VA; six grandchildren, handell, Shayana, Shaniya, Teniya, Terrance, Jr. and Itayzia all of Norfolk, VA; four great grandchildren, Harmony, Jayden, Jaylen and Lillie; mother, Evelyn Powell; six brothers, Dock ,Barry ,Tyrone ,James, LaShawn and Charles all of Norfolk; two sisters in laws, Darlene and Tiffany and a host of nieces and nephews all of Norfolk, VA; and a special
friend of the family Ralph Finkle.
