Quintin Eugene Noel departed this life on June 19, 2019. Quintin was born on November 26, 1962 in Norfolk, Virginia. Quintin spent much of his adult life working as a roofer. Quintin loved sports especially fishing. He also loved cooking shows and the culinary arts. Quintin is survived by his mother Evelyn Noel Covington of Monroe, North Carolina. Quintin is also survived by his fianc’e Sharon Robinson of Virginia Beach, Virginia; Bernard Noel Jr. and his wife Nicole of Raleigh, North Carolina; Ellysses Noel and wife Shawanda of Raleigh,
North Carolina; Nathaniel Scott and his wife Grace Scott of Fayetteville, North Carolina; Tameeka and her husband Thelmo of Monroe; Marquita Covington of Monroe, North Carolina; Sons, Quinti Perry of Norfolk, Virginia, Shaquille Smith of Norfolk, Virginia ; aunt and uncles, Regina Perry of Monroe, North Carolina, Celeste Johnson and her husband Detroit Johnson of Wake Forest, North Carolina;
Ed Robinson and his wife Barbara Robinson of Virginia Beach, Virginia; Nelson Robinson and his wife Shelia of Richmond, Virginia, Patrick Robinson of Cincinnati, Ohio; Lemuel Robinson and his wife Phoebe Robinson of West Columbia, South Carolina; Melissa Perry of Raleigh, North Carolina, and Austin Perry of Raleigh, NC; Quintin Eugene Noel is also survived by four grandchildren, one great  grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, stepchildren and friends.

Quintin spent much of time working as a roofer. Quintin loved sports, watching cooking shows and the culinary arts.
