Phyllis Ellissa Rodgers, 69, of the 2500 block of Carona Avenue passed away February 3, 2021.
Born, December 31, 1951 in Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Esther Rodgers. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Arva, Harolyn and Ray Rodgers, and brother, Harold Rodgers, Jr.
Phyllis graduated from Norfolk State University with an Art Degree and retired as a Special Needs Bus Driver for Norfolk Public Schools after 24 years of service. She was a member of Mount Lebanon Baptist Church.
Left to cherish her precious memories are brothers, Carlton, Gregg and Adam Rodgers, all of Norfolk; nephew, Harold L. Rodgers; niece, Maegan Rodgers and a host of loving relatives and friends.
