Patrick Ferebee was called home by the Lord on April 30, 2022. He was a son, brother, cousin, uncle, and a friend to many. Patrick was born September 20, 1963 at Norfolk General Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lucille Ferebee. He was raised in Grandy Park housing area. He attended Crestwood School. He was a domestic worker, with a green thumb. He loved gardening and landscaping work. Patrick was a practical joker and he loved to sing. Whenever he was riding in the car with someone you knew he was going to say, “Turn the radio up”, and before he got out he would have to listen to 2-3 more songs. Patrick was a generous soul with a favorite saying, “Let me hold a couple of dollars.”
Loving memories will fill the heart of many near and far. He leaves to cherish his memories his brothers, Robert (Sharon), Dwight (Pier), Michael (Karen); sisters, Renea Watson, and Theresa (Charlie) Green; a favorite niece, Sherald Ferebee and a host of other nieces and nephews; a special friend, Bessie Johnson; and other relatives and friends.
In gratitude and humility we thank God for blessing us with Patrick and bow in submission to the will of God.
