Patricia Elmyra Logan, of Virginia Beach, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, January 5, 2021. Affectionately known as “Ms. Pat” or “Grandma” to everyone. She was a loving mother, sister, friend and greatest of all, grandmother.
She was born on October 12, 1950 to the late Alma and William Hogans in Bristol, Virginia. Patricia moved to Knoxville, Tennessee in 1962, where she became a member of Mt. Moriah F.B.H. Church with her family. She later married her former husband, James Logan, Sr. and became an Army wife, traveling to many places. She later moved to Virginia Beach in 1987 and made that her forever home with her family.
Patricia was preceded in death by her only son, James Logan, Jr.; her parents, Alma and William R. Hogans, Jr.; sisters, Ester Smith and Julia Crippen; brothers, James Hogans and Kenneth Hogans.
Patricia leaves to cherish her memory: daughters, Stephanie Logan (Kevin) and Kim Logan; grandchildren, Shanora Logan, Marquis Logan, Marquel Russell, Elijah Reed and Isaiah Smith; brothers, Charles Hogans (Jeannette) and William Hogans, III; four great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
