Nathan H. Coleman transitioned from his earthly life into eternity on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at the age of 69.

Nathan AKA “Nate”, “Jr.” or “Red” is known by his family and friends. He was born on August 5, 1955, to Barbara Freeman and the late Nathan Harvey in Norfolk, VA.

Nathan was educated in Norfolk Public Schools and served in the United States Marine Corps. He was hardworking and a true nurturer to his family and friends.

Nathan worked for Spartan Nash for 13 years with diligence and dependability receiving awards for service.

Nathan leaves to chrish his memory his wife of 20 years, Karen Keeling Colema;  his children,  Kamilah Ferebeee ( Zuhairah) and Nathan Coleman; mother, Barbara Coleman; father the late Melvin L. Coleman; brother, Nathan Hill; two sisters, Rosa Washington, and Saundra Mayo; two brothers, Melvin Coleman (Patricia) and Sylvester Harvey (Valerie ); a grandchild, Kamaya Rowson and a host of family and friends.
