Melvin Osborne

It was on February 25, 2020 that an angel walked over the earth with a silent prayer and took our beloved Melvin Osborne. He
leaves to mourn his wife, JoAnn Osborne, daughter, Nadene Chambers, his siblings, John Whitfield (Carolyn), Sylvia Carroll, Dorothy Carroll, Joyce Clark, his stepchildren, Wilette Gray, Elaine Byrd, Edward Byrd Jr. and Pauline B. (Allen) also a host of nieces and nephews.

Melvin was a truck driver that moved military families. For those who knew Melvin you remembered his beautiful, smooth, quiet personality. He loved his fried fish, his candied yams, his collard greens, and his homemade potato salad, we can’t forget how much he loved his wife bread pudding. Melvin would tare it UP. We’re putting this in the obituary because it brings back happy memories of Melvin’s gracious smile as he enjoyed the simple things in life.
