Please accept my deepest condolences. Mrs. Eley was not only my educational mentor, but a dear friend. I loved her very deeply and I am so very happy to have had her in my life. She taught me many things and treated me like a daughter. I will forever be grateful for the relationship we had. I will miss her and love her forever. RIP Mrs. Eley.

December 20, 2024 at 6:55 amWe are the Palmer’s of Chesapeake and were blessed to meet your parents as a result of Mrs. Day’s 90th birthday celebration, which occurred a few decades ago. Your mother traveled with us to DC for the party and we repeated that journey for the 100th gathering of family and friends. In between those gatherings we periodically communed with one another via telephone. Maurice was one of the kindest, most genuine and loving humans that I have ever met. The relationship was indeed special, and we will treasure it through eternity. I will truly miss her, until we meet again. May the Most High bless and keep you….
