January 31, 2024 at 10:29 amMy deepest heartfelt condolences and prayers are with the family of Aunt Marie. She will truly be missed. Aunt Marie indeed was one of a kind. 102 years grand full of joy, love, compassion. Aunt Marie was a worker she volunteered for the We Care Food Ministry at First Baptist South Portsmouth. She volunteered up until the age 99 moving about like a 20 year old. Aunt Marie didn’t play no games she was about business. She was stern but yet good spirited. Oh she cracked a laugh several. She was a part of my strong foundation in the church and outside the church. Our family connected thru the Davis family. She knew me before i knew myself literally. Aunt Marie You will indeed be truly be missed. God saw the most Beautiful flower and decided to pick it. May God continue to strengthen and comfort the family and friends All the Love ones of Our Dear Marie Todd. “Aunt Marie”
