Aunt Marie you got your wings! Though I will miss you calling me “darling”, I know that God saw a greater need for you home. Tell Daddy, Eva, grandma and grandpa hello, and I hope to see them. Truly you will be missed

There are NO WORDS in the universe that can explain how much I loved my Aunt Marie. And I know she loved me too. Whenever I called her, I had to make sure my phone was fully charged, that I had something to drink and a snack, and a pen and paper !!!! It was amazing how much she remembered of her life and all the experiences she had. And the jokes, she had a million of them !!
Most of all, I loved the stories she would tell me about my Dad. There was no subject that was off limits for her. She knew everything !!! I’m surely gonna miss her deeply. But I know she’s now resting in peace in the arms of our Heavenly Father. And I also know she has everyone there laughing !!! Love you, Aunt Marie Vergie

I have not seen her in quite some time from being out of the area, so I passed by her home a few days ago and realized she was no longer living there, and now I know. I was one of her nurses with home care, and she was a joy to care for. She was funny, and she would make me laugh even if I was having a terrible work day. I had not gone around much due to COVID and her age, but I had managed to stop by during COVID and exchanged a few words from the door way. My sincere condolences to her family and loved ones, and so sorry I did not know so I could attend the funeral. She will be missed
