Mariano T. Robichaux, Jr. (70) passed away on April 23, 2018. Born on August 10, 1947 to the late Florence and Mariano T. Robichaux, Sr. in Richmond, VA. Mariano served in the US Army, National Guard, and retired from the US government after 35 years. For the last 30 years, he served as a faithful member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Norfolk, VA. He loved the Lord as much as he loved his family.
Mariano is survived by his devoted wife, Rita Robichaux of 50 years; sons DeMingo Robichaux (Vicky), Michael Robichaux (Renee) and a devoted adopted son, Melvin Gray (Terri); sisters and a brother; grandchildren and Goddaughters; many nieces and nephews; a loving church family and many friends.
