Laura Elizabeth Tutt
Laura Elizabeth Tutt entered into God’s eternal and peaceful rest on August 20, 2019.
Laura was born in Norfolk, Virginia on May 1, 1951. She was on of 21 children of the late Laura and Julious Hollowell. Her family called her “Wee-Baby” , since she was the smallest of her siblings and was only 5 feet tall. Though she was small in stature, this didn’t stop her from being a powerful prayer warrior, who loved to worship the Lord and loved being in church.
She served ton Calvary Revival Church security and Revive Line prayer ministries for several years. She believed in witnessing to people about our Savior Jesus Christ and praying for people during difficult times. She also loved to fish all night long, go to the movies, play cards and board games with her children and grandchildren. She would change the rules of the games, so she could win the game. She enjoyed shopping at Walmart, thrift stores, and she was a diehard wrestling and Cowboys fan. More than anything she loved her faithful husband and grandchildren.
She leaves her husband, Gary W. Tutt of Luray, Virginia, to cherish their 28 years of marriage and friendship, her prayers and love to her children: Derek Tutt (Queda), Antonio Tutt (Marquesa), Melvin Tutt (Tamika), Keisha Tutt, Rosalind Falzone (Vincent) and Wayne and Dwayne Fires. She leaves her love and memories to her 10 grandchildren: Jayden, Nazyah, Kamaya, Zavion, Matthew, Nyasia, Janiya, Elijah, Isaiah Tutt and Jordan Johnson.
She leaves cherished memories to her brothers and sisters: William, James, Ricky, Martin and Robert Hollowell; Stella Whitaker, Delories Beasley, Barbara Bethea, Christine, Andrea Nixon, Geneva Hollowell and the late Dorothy Hollowell; and to the close family, relatives and friends: Andrea Fires, the late Adrian Price (Man), Hannah Tutt, Renee, Irma Cooper, Esther, Lois Ann, Bo, Binky, Larry Tutt and close friends.
