Kevin Alphonso Richardson received his wings on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at his home in Portsmouth, Virginia. Born September 20, 1971, Kevin was the youngest child of the late Clarence Richardson and Barbara Munden of Va. Beach, Virginia.
Kevin accepted Christ at an early age and remained a faithful servant for the Lord until his transition. He was an active member of Angelic COGIC, working with the Leadership of Youth Group and rendering his service in all arears as needed.
Kevin was owner of XCEL Car Stereo business where he took Pride and Responsibility for all his jobs. For his leisure, Kevin loved to record and sing gospel rap music. He released a CD titled “I’ll Go”. He enjoyed family gatherings with good food and Gospel music.
He leaves to cherish his legacy a family whom he loved; his beloved mother, Barbara Munden, father Isiah Munden of Va. Beach, Va.; one brother, Preston Richardson (Patrice) of Chesapeake, Va.; one sister, Karen Henderson of Chesapeake, Va.; two nephews, Joseph Henderson (Antynette) of Norfolk, Va., Chris Henderson of Chesapeake, Va.; two nieces, Dominique Henderson and Peliah Richardson of Chesapeake, Va.; one uncle, Lorenzo Goganious (Bettie) of Va. Beach, Virginia and a host of special cousins, other relatives and friends.
