Justin C. Foreman

Sunrise: June 14, 1988

Sunset: November 16, 2024

Mr. Justin Casey Foreman was born on June 14, 1988, at Norfolk General Hospital and passed unexpectedly in a car accident on November 16, 2024. He was the first born to Tonia Scott and Crawley McCoy Foreman (predeceased). He attended Margaret Murray Washington Professional High School in Washington, D.C. Talking in front of large crowds was never a problem for him; he loved it. This may have started when he was a little boy; he enjoyed going to church with his grandmother and aunts. Many times, he would give his testimony, and the members would say, “He’s going to be a preacher one day.”

Justin was a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan for life, the life of the party, and he was really into fashion. He loved his family immensely, and he also liked to joke, smile, and was an avid swimmer; he loved the beach just like his Dad. He really knew how to have fun. Don’t get him started on his joke sessions; he could go for hours.

Justin has three beautiful children that he loves so very much. He loved to dress up in costumes, and his favorite time of the year was October 31st – Halloween; he really liked dressing up with the girls and taking them out to get candy. The love that he showed was unmatched. When you called, he was coming.  Justin loved grilling and cooking. If you were eating, he was grilling. He held multiple cooking jobs.

Whenever he told a story, he started it off with “back in my day,” like he was 100 years old. He was the best gift-giver, and he loved History. We are really going to miss you, Justin. You will forever be in our hearts.

He is survived by his Mother Tonia Sue Scott and his sister Jonesse E. Mackall of Glen Burnie, Maryland; his companion, Shanelle Galloway, Oxon Hill, Maryland; three children, Perrion McCoy, Foreman, Washington, DC, Joelle Kasey Foreman, Torrie Laurielle Foreman, Oxon Hill, Maryland; Paternal grandparents, Mrs. Harriett J. Foreman, Chesapeake, Virginia and Charles A. Foreman, Sr. (deceased), Hyattsville, Maryland; his Maternal grandparents – Eldridge Scott and Willa Scott of Elkins (both deceased) of West Virginia; eight uncles, Jason Scott (Ashley), Keith Scott (Amanda), Ed Scott (Song), Eric Scott (Jennifer) all of Elkins, West Virginia; Donte Foreman, Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, James E. Foreman (LaTasha) of Atlanta, Georgia, Charles A. Foreman, Jr. of Norfolk, Virginia, and Winfred L. Foreman of Riverdale, Maryland; six aunts, Janee Foreman of Suitland, Maryland, Janice E. Fisher of Norfolk, Virginia, Lois J. Foreman-Moore of Hampton, Virginia, Dorothy A. Foreman, Vanessa Foreman-Sawyer (Antrown), Mandy Stith all of Chesapeake, Virginia; his best friend, Ralpheal Hargrove, and a host of beloved cousins, relatives and friends.
