Felicia, my deepest sympathies are with you for the loss of Joe Bailey. Joe always had a smile on his face. Losing a loved one is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. It feels like fog casting a veil over your life. I want you to know it won’t always be that way. The fog will clear, and the sun will shine again. Psalms 147:3(He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds). My prayers are with you and your family.

    Felicia & family,
My deepest condolences to you and your family.
I just learned that his name was Joe about three months ago. I would greet him by saying hello Felicia’s husband.
One if my funniest memories was when Joe was working on the flag pole and it was thundering and raining. I let you know that your husband was out in the rain working on that pole. He wanted to know who told on him.
He is greatly missed at Franconia CSC.
There is sunshine after the rain. Remember that when it seems difficult to trust in GOD.

He always had the greatest smile on his face and I think that is because of the love he received from his family. Felicia you know you were his world! My deepest condolences to you and the rest of his family, including his DMV family. He will surely be missed. If you need anything at all, please reach out!
