Jerry Lorenzo Martin

Jerry Lorenzo Martin departed this life on August 15, 2018 at his home in Norfolk, Va. Jerry was raised and attended Norfolk Public Schools as a young man. He later chose the Longshoreman as his career where he worked faithful for over 25yrs until his retirement. He was the son of the late Hennettia Martin and Joseph Watson. He was born November 6, 1941. Two brothers Raymond and Will “Buddy” preceded him in death and a sister Deloris Evelyn Martin Turner.
Jerry leaves to cherish his memories his wife Glory Haynes Martin; two brothers, George Martin of Norfolk, VA and Edward Martin of Chesapeake, VA; seven children, Keith Fuller (Arlethia), Jerry Fuller, both of Norfolk, VA., Rayvon Wilson of Virginia Beach, VA., Wayne McGee, Shane Martin both of El Paso, TX, Cedina Martin, of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Teresa Martin of Norfolk, VA., and seven grand kids. He will be solely missed by his family and friends.
