August 28, 2024 at 2:34 amTo Jerome’s family, I know Jerome from the NSU/ODU Virginia Beach Higher Education Center where I work. I would also see him in Walmart on weekends. He was a kind and gentle person. He always spoke, greeted me with a smile and was quick to lend a helping hand. His presence will definitely be missed. Praying for comfort and peace to you all.
