During the early hours of Saturday, August 24, 2019, God called our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend home. Jaylen Gregory McEachin, also known by Jay and Pooch was born on May 26, 1998 at Jackson Memorial
Hospital in Miami, Florida to parents Jack McEachin and Daniella Bryant.
Jaylen was a 2016 graduate of Granby High School in Norfolk, Virginia. He was newly enrolled in school for welding, but his real love was music and fashion. He had a keen eye for clothes designing and a passion for creating his own style. He enjoyed
spending time with family and friends, and those remembered for his kind and playful spirit and his contagious and infectious smile.
Jaylen was preceded in death by his grandmother, Julia McEachin, his great-grandmother, Melvina Butcher, and his aunt, Mildred McEachin-Norman. He leaves behind his parents, Jack McEachin and Daniella Bryant, big brother, Courtney Coleman,
grandparents; Gisela Garnett, Jackie Clark, Audrey Clark, great- grandfather, Carlos Garnett, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
Although Jaylen’s journey on this earth has ended, we will continue to celebrate his legacy of love, family, and integrity. He will be missed greatly.

August 31, 2019 at 10:19 amJaylen was an energy that was positive for every environment he blessed. I have 5 brothers and yes he is one of them . always respected and just was well rounded thanks to moms . he looks just like her. I love his passion to be like his brother since I’ve met him. I youst to joke and say ‘lil Courtney don’t make me call your brother boy’ because that’s who he admired. Not only he was better than us but he took andvange seeing our down falls and made a way to acell by growing and really becoming a man . u and my brother greig were a team . my home has been lost since trying to heal our hearts.
