Janice Carpenter, 66, passed away Friday, November 2, 2018 in Milwaukee, WI. Janice was born to the late Cecil and Christina Ware.  Janice was also predeceased by her siblings, Debra and Cecil Ware. She is survived by her husband, Tyrone (Bo); children, Carlton (Valerie), Tara (Eric) and Ruben (Tasha); eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

    I have no words my heart is so HEAVY right now. You will be greatly missed I’m so saddened to hear of this. I will remember our long talks we had your wisdom and encouragement you gave even the ones I didn’t want to hear (smile). You were like a Mother figure to me after my Mother pass your best friend.     Ms. Janice was an absolute joy to work with. She welcomed me to the City of Norfolk 11 years ago with open arms. May she rest in peace, the family are in our prayers.

    I met Janice and Bo while RVing. She was a pleasant, smart, helpfu, beautifull and sweet person. My prayers are for each of the family members who will miss her presence and support.
