September 3, 2020 at 3:45 pmTo the Gardner Family, as I learned of Janet’s passing I was heartbroken. Janet and all of her siblings are extended siblings to my brother Ricky and I. We all grew up on Carver Circle and coming up in the good old days we were family and still are. I want you all to know that my brother and I wish we could be there with you during this time but as you know do to the current state that our world as we know it doesn’t allow us to travel. With that being said we are with you in spirit and in your hearts. Janet, in her soft spoken and beautiful way was always there to listen, offer kind words, or even just to say don’t worry everything will be alright. I last spoke to Janet in April of this year when she called to offer condolences to my family when she learned of my grandmothers passing. I had no idea that would be our last conversation. Janet I say to you job well done in this world and Heaven has definitely gained another special Angel. Will always love you and miss you my sister from another mother. To Janet’s son, my Gardner sisters, brothers, and extended family, I ask God to continue to comfort and keep you always.
